MSNW is hiring a full-time Lead Janitor / Floater to travel between client sites in the Spokane, Washington, and Post Falls, Idaho area. The role combines site inspections, hands-on cleaning support, janitorial staff supervision, scheduling, inventory tracking, training, hiring support, and communication with management. The position runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience, and includes mileage reimbursement. Applicants must have janitorial or facilities experience, a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
