Description
The Janitorial Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day janitorial operations for an assigned account, primarily managing the 3rd shift and coordinating with 1st and 2nd shift associates. The role supervises and schedules janitorial staff, manages staffing and labor costs, inspects sites for quality and safety, handles client inquiries, ensures compliance with OSHA and local regulations, and supports contract renewals and service improvements. The position pays $55,000 annually and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of janitorial, facility services, or building maintenance management experience, employee-management experience, scheduling and reporting proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with travel between sites.
