Description
The Janitorial Project Manager oversees janitorial operations at one or more client fulfillment centers, leading teams, managing daily activities, maintaining operational standards and compliance, improving service quality, and supporting client satisfaction. The role includes recruiting and developing shift leads and management personnel, coaching employees, identifying operational improvements, and performing physical warehouse and cleaning-site tasks. It requires at least two years of distribution or fulfillment center operations experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.
