ABM is hiring a Project Manager to own contracted services for a high-profile Fortune 500 client and lead people, processes, programs, and onsite teams toward operational excellence. The role manages budgets, labor planning, safety, supply and equipment usage, reporting, performance management, and client relationships while coordinating across shifts. It requires 3–5 years of management experience, facility services or building management experience, OSHA knowledge, a valid driver’s license, Microsoft Office proficiency, and janitorial or event-planning experience; prior custodial experience is desired. The position pays $90,000–$100,000 annually and requires physical work including lifting 50 pounds and standing or walking for 8–10 hours per day.
