Description
The Janitorial Services Area Manager leads, manages, and coordinates daily janitorial scope of work across multiple store or site locations within a designated territory. The role oversees customer experience and retention, partner and cleaner performance, store operations, budgets, profitability, KPIs, quality audits, training, cost management, revenue growth, compliance, Salesforce and other United technologies, and partner recruitment and performance management. The position requires frequent travel within the territory, flexible rotating shifts, and the ability to handle high stress and solve problems.
