CW Resources is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor for its New London Subbase to lead and train custodial staff, perform hands-on cleaning, inspect facilities, manage cleaning supplies and equipment, respond to urgent cleaning needs, and coordinate with building management and other departments. The role requires 2–4 years of custodial or janitorial experience, guidance and training experience, OSHA and chemical-handling familiarity, a valid driver's license, a valid Real ID, and the ability to obtain and maintain government base access. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional weekends, and the position includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
