Everclean is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee janitorial staff and cleaning operations at assigned locations. The role includes supervising and training staff, conducting building inspections, assigning and monitoring work, supporting performance reviews, ensuring health and safety compliance, handling client inquiries, attending operations meetings, assisting with hiring and scheduling, and performing hands-on operational tasks. Candidates need at least two years of supervisory or lead-hand experience, preferably in commercial cleaning, along with leadership, communication, customer service, organizational, and cleaning-equipment skills.
