Description
Environment Control is hiring a part-time Unit Manager/Supervisor to supervise night-to-night janitorial operations in centralized areas of the Eugene and Springfield service areas. The role leads a team of 10–15 cleaning personnel, oversees 20–25 customers, maintains cleaning quality, trains and develops staff, solves problems, assists with systems and reporting, and communicates with management. The position requires at least one year of supervisory experience, reliable transportation and insurance, the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 25 pounds, and authorization to work in the United States; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, four to five hours per night starting after 5:00 PM, with pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour.
