Description

Lockheed Martin is hiring a Chief Engineering Senior Manager for the JASSM program in the Strike Systems program area. The role provides technical and programmatic leadership for JASSM platform integration, development, production, transition, and ramp efforts; leads engineering, IPT, and cross-functional teams; manages technical reviews, staffing, risk mitigation, design robustness, and customer and supplier relationships; and serves as the primary technical authority for the program. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, missile systems design and development experience, complex missile system leadership ability, domestic travel availability, and Secret clearance with the ability to obtain program-level and Top Secret clearance. An advanced engineering degree, Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control experience, Engineering and Technology collaboration experience, USG customer and global supply-base interface experience, technical review experience, and Failure Analysis and Failure Review Board experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $182,500 to $338,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
