Description
The Principal Application Designer provides high-level systems analysis, application design, development direction, technical specifications, testing, debugging, documentation, and project coordination for complex applications. The role supports business units and technology stakeholders, recommends technology and process improvements, evaluates vendor software, and may lead or monitor less experienced personnel. It requires an associate degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of systems analysis or application development experience, and strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
