Millennium is hiring a Java Algo Developer for its Equities Tech Algorithmic Development team to build and enhance real-time algorithmic trading systems and execution platforms. The role involves developing execution algorithms, improving mission-critical software, translating market and business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data analysis, and providing L3 troubleshooting for critical trading infrastructure. Candidates need at least seven years of experience with equities execution systems, execution-algorithm development, matching-engine and dark-pool experience, automated testing, market-microstructure knowledge, expert Java skills, and experience with distributed, event-driven architectures.
