The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level technology leadership role responsible for establishing and implementing application systems, leading applications analysis and programming activities, and coordinating with management and technology teams. The role provides technical leadership for large-scale global software solutions, advises and coaches developers and analysts, and manages risk, compliance, and control issues. It requires a BS degree or equivalent practical experience, 15+ years of complex project experience, 10+ years leading globally distributed teams, and extensive experience with enterprise software technologies including Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, databases, testing, security, and performance tuning.
