The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level technology leadership role responsible for establishing and implementing application systems, leading applications analysis and programming activities, and coordinating with management and technology teams. The role provides technical leadership for large-scale global software solutions, advises and coaches developers and analysts, and supports risk management, compliance, and control issues. It requires extensive experience in complex software projects, globally distributed teams, enterprise transaction systems, microservices, APIs, Java, Spring, Agile, databases, and application security, along with stakeholder management and cross-timezone collaboration.
