Description
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming, defining system enhancements, evaluating complex business and system processes, and coordinating with management and the Technology team. The role advises and coaches mid-level developers and analysts, manages project risks, and supports compliance and ethical business practices. It requires extensive applications development and systems analysis experience, project management and leadership skills, and expertise in technologies including Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Oracle ERP, microservices, SQL, and Git.
