The role leads full-stack development for banking and insurance clients, covering technical scoping, design, Java backend and Angular frontend development, code quality, code reviews, coaching, architecture, CI/CD, and Agile delivery. Candidates need at least seven years of application development experience, including significant technical reference or Tech Lead experience, along with Java, Angular, software quality, testing, performance, stakeholder collaboration, and English proficiency.
