The employer is recruiting an IT Architect / Technical Lead for a strategic public-sector program in the Île-de-France region. The role owns technical architecture and knowledge across Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and OpenShift environments; supports delivery squads; contributes to feasibility, architecture, testing, documentation, incident analysis, and performance testing; and serves as a technical and cross-functional reference. The position requires a master’s-level qualification, experience with the listed technologies in agile environments, and prior technical leadership or architecture experience.
