Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst to participate in establishing and implementing application systems and programs. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of enterprise reporting APIs backed by complex data pipelines, including Oracle query design, ETL/ELT workflows, secure Spring Boot services, API integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring. The position requires approximately five years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, enterprise API design, and the financial services industry, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
