Citi is hiring a full-time Java Application Development Technical Lead for an IVR contact center. The role leads the design and development of scalable Java microservices, defines technical architecture, guides cross-functional teams, reviews code and deployment strategies, and identifies opportunities for AI/ML and intelligent automation. It requires 9+ years of Java and enterprise application development experience, expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, distributed services, cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, and enterprise-level system design, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
