Description
The Applications Development Manager leads an applications development team and directs the analysis, programming, implementation, and ongoing management of application systems and programs. The role oversees technical issue escalation, project planning and budgeting, risk and compliance, resource planning, and the performance, training, and development of developers and analysts. It requires substantial applications development and software engineering experience, leadership skills, and hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and related technologies.
