Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring a full-time Java Developer to work with the Financial Resource Management team on the technical buildout of Iris, a modern loan-hedging application suite. The role covers feasibility analysis, application design and development, testing, performance and security monitoring, production troubleshooting, code quality, and continuous improvement. Candidates need 4–5 years of systems analysis and full-stack application development experience, strong Java, Spring Boot, and SQL skills, database knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary of zł189,660.00–zł322,940.00.
