Description
The Backend Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Java 8 and Spring-based backend applications, including real-time event-driven systems using Kafka. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, troubleshooting development, testing, and production issues, and improving development processes. Required skills include Java 8, Spring Boot and Spring MVC, Kafka, REST APIs, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and unit testing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 7–10 years of experience.
