Description
The Applications Development Senior Manager leads one or more applications development teams and oversees the analysis, programming, delivery, budgeting, staffing, and compliance of application systems and programs. The role requires extensive financial-services experience, applications development management experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, senior-level applications development leadership, stakeholder and people management, project management, and strong communication skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master’s degree preferred.
