Citi is hiring a mid-level Equities Technology Connectivity Developer to design and develop low-latency, high-frequency connectivity solutions on its One Market Access platform. The role involves requirements analysis, end-to-end delivery of connectivity streams, collaboration with business and technology teams, troubleshooting, implementation support, and ongoing enhancements. Candidates need strong Core Java experience, at least eight years of relevant software development experience, market connectivity and FIX/Binary protocol knowledge, trading-environment experience, and familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and BitBucket.
