The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate, full-time technology role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting application systems and programs. The position coordinates with the Technology team, advises senior stakeholders, coaches junior analysts, and applies independent judgment while managing project risks and compliance. Recommended qualifications include 5–8 years of relevant experience, systems analysis and programming experience, project implementation experience, Java and Spring Boot proficiency, microservices and NoSQL expertise, consulting and communication skills, and experience using AI tools for code generation and prompt engineering. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
