Citi is hiring a full-time Java Developer for its Data Security Identity Innovation team within Cloud Technology Services. The role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining microservice applications that automate processes and reduce operational costs, while integrating with cloud infrastructure and supporting identity services. Responsibilities include translating requirements into technical specifications, implementing secure and compliant solutions, participating in code reviews, and supporting junior engineers. The position requires Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud, database, containerization, CI/CD, and event-driven architecture expertise, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. It is based in Hungary with a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a salary range of 12,211,560–20,474,640 Hungarian Forints.
