Continentale is seeking a Java Developer to join its newly formed, agile Java development team supporting the Claims and Claims Notification department. The role involves developing and maintaining applications with Jakarta EE, designing REST services, automating workflows with Camunda, supporting agile projects from requirements analysis through technical implementation, and ensuring code quality through testing, pair programming, and code reviews. The position requires a STEM university degree, several years of Java development experience, knowledge of modern Java technologies, and German language skills at least at C1 level.
