mthree offers a paid graduate program for aspiring Java Developers, providing 4-8 weeks of online training at the mthree Academy, followed by a 12-24 month placement with a client, including tier one investment banks. Participants will build complex applications in a global team environment and receive ongoing support, salary increases, and two Executive Education certificates from Columbia Engineering.
