Description
Sequoia Connect is hiring a Java Developer to diagnose and resolve application performance issues across distributed systems, APIs, and downstream dependencies. The role focuses on WebSphere and WebLogic troubleshooting, JVM profiling, garbage collection and heap/thread dump analysis, structured logging, distributed tracing, APM tools, Oracle performance diagnostics, connection and thread pool management, API latency analysis, network and TLS troubleshooting, and real-user monitoring. The position is available remotely and requires advanced Java application performance engineering experience, strong diagnostic skills, and advanced oral English and Spanish.
