The Java Developer will join an IT software development team responsible for planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of in-house software solutions. The role involves designing and implementing features, supporting new devices, collaborating with other departments, improving application performance, conducting security audits, documenting Java and web applications, tuning SQL databases, and troubleshooting network, application, and operating-system issues. The position requires at least four years of professional software development experience, J2EE and EJB experience, ORM experience, SQL Server knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
