Stitch is hiring a full-time, on-site Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based software. The role focuses on Spring Boot and Hibernate backend services, microservices, RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, debugging, performance tuning, and collaboration with product, QA, and engineering teams. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of Java development experience, strong Java and Spring knowledge, REST and microservices experience, database and version-control familiarity, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
