Synechron is hiring a Java Developer to oversee projects, design and implement latency-sensitive trading algorithms, develop and support front-office trading and Quoting applications, and maintain solution quality, security, reliability, and compliance. The role involves working with business users, global teams, and production systems; building observability; monitoring and resolving incidents; and mentoring junior colleagues. Candidates should have front-office experience, ideally 8+ years in a similar position or domain, real-time trading platform experience, advanced Java expertise, strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
