YoungCapital NEXT is recruiting Java Developers to design, build, test, and maintain applications and software solutions for clients across the Netherlands. The role follows an Agile workflow, includes code reviews, and offers full-time, part-time, temporary, and work-from-home options. Applicants are added to a nationwide talent pool and may be matched to a client vacancy when one becomes available. The position requires Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate knowledge, Dutch proficiency, and at least HBO-level working ability; compensation is €2,800–€5,000 gross per month based on 32–40 hours per week.
