Description
The Java Backend Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, including event-driven solutions with Kafka, cloud-native applications on Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines with GitLab. The role also involves monitoring application performance, collaborating with distributed teams, and contributing to code quality and engineering best practices. It is a hybrid position based in Warsaw, with three days onsite and two days remote, and runs until 31 March 2027 with an intention to extend subject to budget.
