The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications; writing and optimizing SQL; analyzing business requirements; collaborating with stakeholders; troubleshooting and improving application performance; participating in code reviews; supporting production incidents and enhancements; and contributing to documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of Java application development experience, strong Java, Spring Boot, and SQL skills, Agile knowledge, and Japanese communication skills at JLPT N3 or above.
