Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to lead applications systems analysis and programming, design and deploy high-performance applications, and coordinate with management teams on system enhancements. The role combines backend development with emerging AI technologies, including Java and Spring Boot, MongoDB, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Git, and AI agents. The position requires extensive applications development experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and offers a salary range of $120,800 to $170,800.
