Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to lead the analysis, design, development, integration, and deployment of application systems and programs. The role combines backend development with emerging AI technologies, requiring expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Git, and AI development tools. The position also advises and coaches mid-level developers and analysts, and may involve building AI agents and applying prompt engineering and the Google ADK. The stated salary range is $120,800 to $170,800.
