Playnetic is hiring a Java Developer Team Lead for a hybrid role in Sofia or Budapest. The position leads and grows a Java development team, owns backend architecture and integrations, ensures code quality and scalability, mentors engineers, and supports end-to-end feature delivery for a scalable iGaming B2B platform. Candidates need at least 8 years of core Java experience, engineering leadership experience, Spring Boot and microservices expertise, scalable backend experience, and iGaming or casino game server experience.
