Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring a full-time Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to develop and deliver components for the Core Prime Brokerage platform using Java and Kotlin. The role contributes to systems analysis and programming, agile development, CI/CD, automated testing, requirements refinement, technical documentation, risk communication, production support, and mentoring junior analysts. Java and test-driven development are essential, while Kotlin, cloud, messaging, database, and observability technologies are advantageous. The position offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary of 189,660.00 to 322,940.00 Polish zloty.
