Morgan Stanley is seeking a Java Development Lead for its Fund Services Technology team to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable reporting and analytics solutions for a greenfield project. The role involves architecting Java, Angular, and related solutions; defining requirements with stakeholders; applying GenAI and AI-assisted development practices; mentoring engineering talent; managing project risks; and promoting agile, automated testing, and CI/CD practices. Candidates should have 10–14 years of software engineering experience, strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, enterprise-scale application delivery experience, and proven leadership of high-performing teams.
