Description
The Java Engineer- Associate will join an Agile technology team in Newcastle on a hybrid basis, developing and supporting Java-based applications and microservices. The role involves building secure, maintainable code, troubleshooting technical issues, participating in Agile ceremonies, contributing to solution design, applying test-driven development, and supporting cloud-based deployment and operations. Candidates need 2–5 years of commercial Java development experience, including Spring Boot, microservices, WebLogic Server, CAS SDK, AWS or other public cloud, container technologies, CI and continuous testing, and Scrum/Agile delivery.
