Mirakl is hiring a Java Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of 4–5 developers in its Connect team, reporting to Rémi Fouilloux. The role is based in the Paris or Bordeaux office with one day of remote work per week and involves technical leadership, code reviews, microservices delivery, cross-functional roadmap coordination, talent development, and AI adoption. Candidates need at least five years of Java development experience, two years in a team lead or similar management role, microservices delivery experience, and professional English proficiency.
