Description
The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. The role also involves leading AI-driven solution design and delivery, managing and mentoring team members, making technical decisions, and improving development processes. Required qualifications include Java Enterprise Edition proficiency, at least 7.5 years of experience, object-oriented programming knowledge, experience with Spring or Hibernate, familiarity with agile methodologies, RESTful API design, and 15 years of full-time education. The position is based at the Jaipur office.
