Description
The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply modern frameworks and agile practices. The role includes leading AI-driven solution design and delivery, managing and mentoring team members, making key technical decisions, and improving development processes. It requires at least 7.5 years of Java Enterprise Edition experience, proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, object-oriented programming, Spring or Hibernate, agile methodologies, and RESTful API development. The position is based at the Bengaluru office and requires 15 years of full-time education.
