Description
The Applications Development Technology Lead is a senior full-time role responsible for establishing and implementing application systems, leading systems analysis and programming activities, and coordinating with the Technology team. The role focuses on full-stack Java and Oracle development, performance optimization, CI/CD, Scrum, JIRA, clearing-system integrations, post-trade processing, cloud-native development, and leadership of developers and analysts. It requires 10+ years of application development and leadership experience in financial services, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a master’s degree is preferred.
