Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinate system enhancements and product deployments, resolve complex business and system issues, and coach mid-level developers and analysts. The role requires extensive applications development and systems analysis experience, strong full-stack and backend expertise, cloud-native application experience, and familiarity with Gen AI concepts and production API integrations. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master’s degree preferred.
