Description
The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices. The role focuses on full-stack enterprise application development, AI-assisted coding and debugging, integration of pre-built AI services and APIs, RAG-based features, and collaboration with architects and AI-native specialists. Candidates must have at least five years of Java Full Stack Development experience, a strong foundation in enterprise engineering and software development lifecycle practices, practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, and 15 years of full-time education. The position is based at the Chennai office.
