The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance full-stack enterprise applications using modern frameworks, AI-assisted development tools, APIs, and agile practices. The role focuses on building scalable front-end and back-end components, integrating pre-built AI services and RAG-based features, and collaborating with architects and AI-native specialists. Candidates must have at least five years of Java Full Stack Development experience, a strong foundation in enterprise engineering and software development life cycles, practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, and 15 years of full-time education. The position is based at the Chennai office.
