Description
The Custom Software Engineer will build high-quality agentic AI applications, including LLM tooling, RAG pipelines, vector search, API integrations, agents, prompts, planners, memory, evaluation loops, and CI/CD pipelines. The role owns hands-on development, testing, integration, observability, safety, rapid prototyping, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on translating business problems into practical AI solutions. It requires at least three years of Java Full Stack Development experience, strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs, and a portfolio demonstrating AI experimentation and speed.
