The Custom Software Engineer will develop custom software and agentic AI applications, including LLM tooling, RAG pipelines, vector search, API integrations, agents, prompts, planners, memory, evaluation loops, testing, CI/CD, observability, and safety controls. The role requires hands-on development, integration, rapid prototyping, stakeholder communication, and a portfolio demonstrating AI experimentation. Core programming areas include Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java, with enterprise and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and vector databases.
