The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance front-end and back-end components for enterprise applications, using modern frameworks, AI-assisted development tools, APIs, RAG-based features, and agile practices. The role requires at least three years of Java Full Stack Development experience, a strong foundation in enterprise engineering and software development life cycles, practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, and the ability to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
